1. Product Introduction

Polyester-based polyurethane resin HZ1520X is polymerized by polyester polyol and diisocyanate.

2. Product Characteristic

Good compatibility with poly(vinyl chloride‐vinyl acetate) copolymer   and  Ketone-aldehyde resin. Excellent leveling, transferring and overprinting properties. Good adhesion to all kinds of substrates. Especially suitable for producing medium/low speed printing ink, or printing ink which used solvent-free  adhesive during its following processing.

This product is suitable for producing polyurethane printing ink with mixed alcohol and ester solvent for gravure.

5. Packaging, Storage and Shelf Life

180 kg (net weight) / metal drum. Store at room temperature (below 30℃) in sealed container for 6 months after production.

Note: It is recommended to make adjustments as per the variations in application condition.
